Having a pain in the very middle of the chest whenever i make movements seems like a muscle has been pulled. It also pains when I take a deep breath and expand my chest.

Hello well it's  quite possible that you are suffering from muscle spasm ...so I would suggest you to meet a physician or orthopedician in specific so that we can examine you and suggest you any muscle relaxant like aceclofenac mr twice a day for about 3 days.. give hot fomentation . as that will help...Thank you
