Every time I feel pinching chest pain and the chest heaviness at the centre along with the left arm heaviness Do I need to go for ecg every time ? Though I have gone through ecg, echo and stress echo and all is negative and normal

Hi ma'am, it seems your heart is functioning normally given the tests you underwent a normal. The symptoms you mentioned can be due to an underlying mental health issues however needs further evaluation. Please, do seek help as mental health issues are treatable.
