Dear Doctors My mom 75 years  is having chest pain since few days which comes and goes. Hey bp was normally in the range of 110/60 but since few days it is 135/58. She takes bp medicine which is telmisartan 40/5 ..half tablet daily in the morning. And rosuless 10 , one table in the night. And Neo- mercazole 5 for thyroid Attached is her ecg report Please suggest 🙏🙏🙏
