Dr Parneesh, TMT is done and it is negative but I did not get the answer that why I am having pain. I also suffers from headache. Pl help

Hello.......There are many  other causes for chest pain apart  from heart  related  condition..  Muscle weakness,  low calcium,  lung infection  can cause chest  pain
Next Steps
Get calcium,  vitamin level  assessment,  consult  general physician.
Health Tips
sleep  for 7 to 8 hours..  Take painkillers if heache is severe
