  4. Chest pain. B12 & d deficiency. pl help!

Chest pain from past 4 months. Met 3 cardiologist. Done TMT in Jan2018 which was normal. Did ecg more than 3 times & is normal. Did Troponin I blood test & it's normal.echo test in March even tats normal. But still daily experience pain in chest. Presently having tablets for gastric & also completed medicines for vitamin b12 & d deficiency. Pl help

If your, ECG , TMT and 2D Echo is normal that means cardiac evaluation is normal and this pain is not of cardiac origin. It could be costochrondrotis, acidity for which you just need symptomatic treatment which you are already on. The serious problem that any heart disease has been ruled out so nothing to worry just don't concentrate on this pain much.
