Chest pain anxiety
Hi doctors I'm very scared about heart attack as i'm having pain in chest lest shoulder and sometimes arm . All the cardiac tests are normal including CT angio. So my doubt is that can worrying more about chest pain and heart cause heart attack as I'm worrying too much because of this and I'm in a constant fear that I might get a heart attack.
If you do not have a strong family history and any addiction along with normal lipid profile , if you have an active life then there is very minimal chance of getting a coronary artery disease.
As your investigation are normal and you are only 22 yes you need not worry about heart attacks.
Any pain in chest or arm could be musculoskeletal or due to acidity
