Chest pain and upper back pain

I was suffering from acute GERD. GERD is almost in control now but I'm having the left side chest pain and back pain for like two months, same time for gerd also. Is this pain related to heart or gerd? Whenever i lie down I feel more pain in chest

No it is not related to heart, It is basically muscular & can be due to vitamin deficiency
