Dear sir Am getting sudeen chest pain and leg pain left side both ... The leg knees and chest getting pain coming and going pls tell advice any tablet ..since yesterday only .. no hand pain .. Leg and chest pain only

Hi. Your symptoms may be due to musculoskeletal origin. Take common analgesics like paracetamol and take ecg as baseline investigation. If symptoms persists consult with doctor.
