Chest pain and left shoulder pain

Left upper chest pain .. left shoulder pain and numb .. I'm attaching my ecg .. Is it normal ? I'm cardio phobic my tmt and echo was normal 3 months back I'm having hypothyroid and is under control with medications and I'm having anxiety issues with mild depression
