Hello Sir, Iam Deepak age 31 suffering from severe acid reflux,sometimes i am facing chest discomfort like shortness of breath and chest tightness  during more gastric time it is turning more serious i don't understand how to move a head.3 months back i have gone through ecg and 2d echo results are negative. Kindly suggest me

Shortness of breath is unlikely in gerd so tmt can be done if negative focus on gerd. Daily exercise avoid tea coffee

Hello, If you have frequent acid peptic symptoms do a 7 day course of HP kit. Also follow dietary restrictions like avoiding junk and spicy food. Take care
