Chest discomfort & tightness
I am suffering from allergic rhinitis and asthma and obstructive sleep apnea also. I face chest discomfort and tightness especially while laying down or sleeping. While sleeping,I have to move here and there on bed to relieve discomfort in chest. Once I underwent ECG and ECHO and it was normal. Also, I underwent Chest X ray and it wa snormal too. Also,I am suffering from loud snoring due to obstructive sleep apnea for which I sleep on my side.
I currently take Nazomac AF nasal spray and sometimes Seroflo 250.
Could you prescribe any remedy for chest tightness and discomfort?

As a 30 yrs with 80 kg and AR with OSA and obesity needs symptoms evaluation
But it’s a continuous long term intervention required and above medication will take care
Stay away from oily spicy cut down weight
Exercises and diet controls
