Suffering from breathlessness runny nose chest congestion and cough since yesterday had Ajax and flex on yesterday but not better

Hello..Well first thing is for your runny nose you neevti start taking steam inhalation .After that you also need medications like anti histamines fir relieving...And then for the congestion you would need antibiotics and salbutamol nebulization...Meet a physician and get x ray done.. thank you
