Hello, got covid positive on 17th May without symptoms excep t dry throat. Now I'm alright but since yesterday I'm feeling pain and burning in chest, 2 times got left hand pain for 1min. Used doxycycline,dilo 650 for 6days daily twice, and ivermectin 12mg for 4days also using vitamin tablets, used spices in food for 9days. Oxygen levels are 98-99 no other illness. I'm using pan d tablet but still feeling burn in chest, can you please suggest what would be the reason?

Looks like gastritis due to Doxy. Since you are asymptomatic you can stop Doxy and Dolo 650. And it's 12 th day. Unlikey you will develop any significant problems now due to covid.
