Chest asymetry aftr gynecomastia surgery

I have gone under gynecomastia surgery on my RHS. As I had gynecomastia in RHS only. Now my RHS is smaller than the LHS. Can it be fixed with excercise or Do I need to fix it with surgery only. Is it possible to grow chest fat and fix an uneven chest. Pls answer.
