I experienced some joint pains yesterday but felt a litter better after taking a med. Now, I am experiencing pain on my shoulder and lower chest when I take a deep breath. Please help.

Do a Xray chest PA and ECG 12 leads Rule out any lungs & cardiac problem first Paracetamol 1g tab if pain SOS WARM COMPRESS

Do Breathing exercises. Move your shoulder mild range of movement. Don't sleep at the affected side. Shoulder shrugs exercises.
