No , it’s not like that . Hair loss are usually seen after 2 or 3 cycles , that’s because of hair cycle and not based on chemo effectiveness. It is not not related to chemo effect in aspect . Also hair loss is depends on the chemotherapy regimen she is having . If she is having a single drug regimen now , that may the reason for lower hair fall . Also keep in mind that hair loss is not permanent, hair will again grow after completion of chemo
