Hello, My name is pranay Gandhi from Chennai MKB nagar, the issue is my left cheek has got swollen and I don't feel any pain , one thing I have noticed is I oftenly get bleed when ever is brush, is that the issue ? From last two months it's on same condition .. pls suggest me which doctor's shall I refer and where ? It's getting getting frustrate .. help me out

Hi pranay. Greetings. Unilateral swelling of cheeks can be seen in mumps,  as you do not have fever, pain,  headache,  rashes over body,  mumps do not seem to be an issue. Parotid swelling cud be d possible cause. Bleeding from gums is another issue hete. I wud suggest u to get hemogram done. May be we are dealing wid thrombocytoepenia here. Also rule out dental infections. Thank you!
