It may be due to your profession also as you have to be in one position for longer periods of time. Maintain your posture. Your back muscles strength is less that's why it shows lost lumbar lordosis that is normal curve of your spine is lost.

Go to the nearest physiotherapy center and start some electrotherapy. start with your back muscles strengthening exercises. do cat n camel exercise. do isometric back exercise.
