According to your value you have high bilirubin' due to some infection in the liver and It can be jaundice due to hepatitis etc . You should do USG of whole abdomen to know the liver and gall bladder.
Next Steps
Take treatment as follow follow as 1- Tab Luv 52 2 time per day for 1 month after food . 2- Tab Udliv 300 mg 1 time per day after food.

Please follow good life style as take plenty of fluid and take less spicy and fatty food and do exercise regularly with yoga and meditation and keep positive attitude to fight any disease and any problem of your life.
