Chances of dengue fever?

I recently conducted a ns 1 dengue test where it came out negative but unsatisfied with the result, I did the same test at a different clinic where the result came out to be : Dengue NS 1 Antigen 3.5 ratio.. The rest is normal such as blood palate, blood pressure, etc. Can somebody please elaborate what it means in details and what I'm suppose to do after?
