Chances of birth defect

I am 19 week pregnant mother. My NT scan and double marker test was normal at 12 week scan. Still Is there any chance of birth defect,??

None of the screening tests give a 100% positive or negative result . It can be between 60% to 95% . So, to that extent, even a normal report has that extent even a normal report has that much chance of the baby being affected by some anomaly.
