  4. Chalazions. But condition is nt chnaged!

Got Chalazion on left eye left corner 2 months ago but neglected thinking it’s just a sty. After 10 days I got another on right corner of same eye. Doctor advised hot fomentation and given exocin & lubrex. Left corner got hard, not responding to fomentation and right corner decreased. I took surgery 20days befor for both but condition is nt chnaged

yes probably it has not been evacuated properly.  you will have to have  repeat surgery.

You might need a repeat excision of chalazion. Prolonged hot fomenting and eye ointment ocupol locally at bed time helps
