I am a white discharge from the eye that had chalazion removed yesterday. Is it normal? Can I massage this eye with hot water ?

Just do hot foamentation.and put antibiotics eye drops 2hrly e.g. moxifloxacin and and rub it gently.

Yes this is normal.... If it is not accompanied by severe pain.
Next Steps
If severe pain is there go and see your doctor again.
Health Tips
U can do Hot compression. Not massage like rubbing eye.
