I have a very little chalazion from 4 months. Initially it started from red painful stye and gradually it become painless and solid. It doesn't not interfare me . Will it be harmful if I left untreated.

Chalazion post inflammation walled off granule of dead tissue material and is likely to resolve on its own. It does not require urgent intervention though. You should consult an eye surgeon nearby for an opinion sometime.

Mostly it wouldn't cause any issue.  You can do warm compresses. Consult local ophthalmologist if swelling persist or increases in size
