  4. Cervix length. Please advice me.

Hi doctor's, Am 19 weeks pregnant.TAS was done on 11 the week and my cervical length was 2.5 ly ,then they advised me of a cerclage between 14-16 weeks.End of 16th week through TVS it was 3cm and doctor was ok about that and during 18th week it came down to 2.3cm.But doctor told me we will see for a week and we can perform cerclage.I have been advised to use susten200mg vaginally and I have a anamoly scan next week.Then they decide of cerclage or further bed rest.My doubt s will the susten 200mg makes any improvement in cervical strengthening.Am worried,please advice me.

Yes when there is doubt full length of cervix.. Susten will work, bed rest is important and it's always better to think for circlage if required after anomaly scan.. So trust your doctor
