Baby head not engaged at 37 weeks 1 day pregnancy . Though cephalic position at 36 week ultrasound . No bleeding after the cervix examination . What if no Engagement takes place in a week it means c section .

No it doesn't mean that you have to go for a c section you have to wait till the expected date of delivery for spontaneous onset of pains
