Cervical Spondylosis

Hi Doctors, I am having balance issues and dizziness from 2 months so I consulted 3 Doctors all said it is cervical spondylosis. How much time will it take to get better as I'm getting irritated because I am feeling being pushed while walking. Does cervical spondylosis cause balance issues/dizziness? Thanks and Regards.

Please get an opinion from an orthopaedician.the condition is chronic and usually irreversible, though symptoms can be managed and progression delayed with tge right physiotherapy and exercises
