Cervical spine mri
I would like to know if there's any issues, this is my cervical spine, what is diffuse disc bulge and is mri normal... I had neck pain and it's cured almost with therapy, I still can't understand if this mri is normal. Doctor said everything is normal but what is diffuse disc bulge..

Physiotherapy are of two types pain management and solving the problem
Most of the physiotherapist are pain management types and practically you won’t be able to solve the problem per se

Disc bulges are there.thats reason for neck pain
With proper posture, use cellphone and laptop screen at eye level don't bend neck more than 10 degrees
Physiotherapy neck IFT and ULTRASONIC THERAPY.. your problem can be treated.. nothing to worry
