Is cervical spondylitis cause dizzy nd swaying/floating problem when standing or in sitting position by24/7 I am experiencing this no balance problem while waiting pls tell me I am experiencing this from past 5 months I feel like rocking

Needs treatment and investigations too. Avoid neck jerks, high pillow Use proper posture Avoid mobile devices for more than 15 mins except for voice calls.
