Cervical polyp in pragnency 7th week

Hello, My wife is in 7th week of pragnency. From yesterday she is feeling something extra in her vigina. So today we met Doctor, Dr told that it is cervical polyp. we want this baby so can you suggest how polyp will impact? will it create problem in pragnecy or at the time of delivery?  or is it danger for baby? Kindly suggest.
