I had back pain since last 5 years before 5days MRI was taken for cervical LS spine and whole spine screening. Pain was severe in hip and back. leg was feel like weakened. Plz suggest what to do.

You have early arthritis changes in your spine. You also have some amount it narrowing of the spinal canal and compression of the nerve. Further treatment will depend on what are your major symptoms. If the main issue is back pain or if it is pain going down the leg. The treatment will be different depending on which is causing you more problems.
