Suffering from cervical dystonia for 4 months where my neck is tilted towards right side. Unable to see straight and work. sometimes it tilt to such extent that unable to eat or drink properly.  Many times has to hold my neck with hand. Too much strain is resulting in pain. As I went to nearby neurologist he told same cannot be cured and gave medicine - parkin 2 mg, baclofen, revocon 25 to control. Took medicine for 2 month but no improvement. He suggested on botolinium injection but told it will be effective for only 3 months and has more side effects so want to avoid same. Is there any alternative solution or how to overcome this

Botulinum toxin is a good drug . You must try it.   Else you may choose to suffer.

Need to take a consult to properly guide treatment. If not getting treated with medication then probably intervention required. Thanks
