The report is suggestive of a recurrence of cancer . The bleeding from anus could be because of some changes seen after radiation and not a malignancy as such - which if can be treated by medication given locally Cancer recurrence with spread to other organs is a worrying progression of her disease , the best treatment we could offer her at this stage is chemotherapy with intention to control the disease . Medication for pain and other supportive care should be given , as needed . Feel free to consult me at any stage of her treatment, would be happy to help her in any possible way .
