Cereclage before consive

Hi, I had misscarrage last year in 23th weeks of pregency after Cervical Cerclage in 16 weeks. This time my doctor suggested and did cereclage before embriyo transfer. Is there any impact on pregency. Do I need to be in full bed rest starting from consive. Is the cervix well remain same length as it is during cereclage or the length will increase.

CircaLage will not impact the result of embryo transfer yes you would require bed rest unpredictable if the length will remain same  or decrease the length will not increase
