Dear doctor, I had an incompetent cervix and a cerclage was placed during 15 weeks. Now I am 18 weeks pregnant. Today, I had an orgasm... Usually when I have orgasm, the womb has a great pulsating effect, as if it is in need of an intercourse. Today also I had the same effect. Will it effect my cerclage? (Will the cerclage break or will I have a cervical rupture) please answer my question

Why did u hv sex if you had cervical encerclage in situ.. Its a high risk pregnancy and you should tk care and try to avoid sex during pregnancy. Consult your gynaecologist for further information and management regarding this
