From last week i had observe small part of my gums below tooth is swellen.it doesnt pain but i can feel that.at same above that swellen gum my tooth is starting decay a thin hole is observe on that tooth. Let me know whom to approach and what would be charge to get it done.

Any infection below or around the tooth could have arisen from within the tooth or the gums supporting it . Pls get to dental surgeon who will guide you with an X-ray which determines ure real problem
