Cephalic oblique lie at 37weeks 3days

Fetal position was in cephalic longitudinal till 37weeks and suddenly changed from cephalic longitudinal to oblique lie at 37weeks 3days Fetal weight: 2.9kg AFI: 11 Is it possible for the baby to change position back to cephalic longitudinal again? Is it possible for normal delivery if the position remains in oblique or should I go for C section?
