Suffering with a severe pain in the centre of my back while sleeping during night. I am waking up because of the pain. It will be for 10 to 15 mins. It won't go even if I change sleeping postures or put a towel or sheet in between bed and my back.... It is like my back is going to break..... And it again comes after 1 hour or so....
