Attached is my CBC blood report which shows couple of abnormalities, need your help to understand the issue. I have been getting fever from yesterday and have sore throat. From past few months facing irritation problem and acne.

HELLO   HB IS VERY GOOD. W.B.C COUNT IS ALSO FINE. ALTERATIONS IN NEUTROPHILS N LYMPHOCYTE IS IMPORTANT CHANGE. RAISED  NEUTROPHILS IS DUE TO ANY INFECTION. AND YOU R MENTIONED I,E SORE THROAT. PLATELET COUNT IS NOT MUCH LESS TAKE CITRUS FRUITS LIKE LEMON ORANGE KIWI ETC IT COMES TO NORMAL VALUE AND GOOD FOR HEALTH LIKE SORE THROAT ANY SMALL WEAR N TEAR IN BODY. RBC COUNT IS HARD LY MATTER. EXCEPT DLC EVERY THING IS NORMAL.O.K YOU CAN CONSULT A GENERAL PHYSICIAN M.D.. TILL THAN HOT SALINE GARGLE BEFORE BREAKFAST LUNCH AND DINNER. TABLET LIMCEE THREE TIMES A DAY TO SUCK FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. TABLET SIGMOFLAM TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER LUNCH AND DINNER FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. Neutrophil increased because of infection. Platelet are on lower side.do dengue ns1antigen test. Take tablet azee 500 once a day for three days. Syrup grilinctus two spoon three times for 3days Tab paracetamol three times a day
