I wanted to know that cavity has started in two teeth can it be prevented by filling or root canal is only option

If the cavity has just started, I would advise you to maintain hygiene & get it filled at the earliest, don’t let the food get stuck in the cavity. Once the cavity gets deeper, only root canal is the option.
