Cavity Problem

My son is 2.5 years old and have cavity problem. Whether , at this age , we need to consult some dentist or it wl fall of its own Is der any pain happens at this age because of cavity ?

Hi, u definitely should visit a dentist, cz those tooth with cavities need to be restored. Primary tooth is equally important though they'll shed as the time comes, as they keep space for permanent tooth. And yeah they do pain if not treated and even can cause further complications.

Hi definately u need to see ur dentist..ur son wil be needin these teeth for longer time before thr time comes to fall out...if thy get infected he wil be in pain...best is visit ur dentist for better diagnosis best of luck

Yes ,definitely you should consult dentist. It needs urgent attention, may be a filling or root canal treatment will solve the problem. The molars will fall at 10-12 years of age. If not attended early, the tooth will start paining due to infection. Dr Aparna Deshpande.
