Yes u may need multiple fillings in individuals with high caries activity. Number of cavities= number of fillings. U may or may not complain of pain in all the teeth ,keeping the prognosis the doctors may suggest u for a preventive fillings. But nothing wrong in taking a second opinion if u find something fishy..... There r hundreds of DENTISTS around.....chill... gud day .
