Now if the cavity is deep and painful you can get it removed at the consent of your gynaecologist. If the condition of that tooth is bad and it can't be left like that until delivery then my advise will be to get it removed in a hospital facility, where gynaecologist and dentist both will be present. Yes,it is safe to get an extraction done at this point,the sooner the better because your growing belly would make it uncomfortable for you to lie down for extended periods after this..the local anaesthetic used is safe when used in controlled amount..also if your tooth is infected it becomes all the more important to extract it to prevent pain and spread of infection which in untoward case might lead to preterm labour..the most important thing is to find a dentist who is experienced and who your comfortable with
