Hello Sathya, This is the reason we tell all our patients to get the dental check up done every six months. Now if the cavity is deep and painful you can get it removed at the consent of your gynaecologist. If the condition of that tooth is bad and it can't be left like that until delivery then my advise will be to get it removed in a hospital facility, where gynaecologist and dentist both will be present.
