My niece have cavity in her teeth from last 4 months. Please suggest me some toothpaste or medicine so I can remove her cavity without any operation

Once she got cavity it cannot  be treated with toothpaste or medicine .Why are u waiting  from last 4 months, as time passes  it get deeper.
