I have cavity in my threeteeth, it does not pain, but It's sensitive. The last teeth of right side has become very sharp and it cuts my cheek regularly, but there in no pain in any of my teeth. Need assistance.

First of all, get those cavitated treated with tooth restoration (fillings) otherwise the cavity will become deep and infected necessitizing for RCT root canal therapy. Sharp tooth will be rounded off if it is troubling.
