Cavity filling in 4 teeth
Teeth 3 (upper molar), 19, 18, 30 (lower jaw) underwent cavity filling around two weeks ago. There is no pain but I feel sensitivity while chewing hard food. I got some levelling done 5 days ago and sensitivity has reduced but it's still there. Why is this sensitivity happening? Kindly suggest next steps.

It's common to experience sensitivity and mild pain or discomfort after restoration, it will calm down within a week or two.
In case if you experience pain which is unbearable then you need to get x ray done and further treatment will be followed
