What is filling? Is it a painful process? As my daughter is just 4 years old, is it safe to go for filling at such a young age? How painful us it?Does it need injection?

hi maam,filling is done if there is any cavity in the tooth. it is not a painful procedure however if the patient feels the pain,local anesthesia can be given.Yes maam it is absolutely safe for a child to get the filling done.Thank you
