Cataract  surgery  is common  Surgery done by ophthalmologist..  In many  government setup they do for free in eye camps..  Cost of surgery  varies from 10k to 40k depending on hospital..  Your blood pressure and blood surgar level  should b3 under  control.. Consult  ophthalmologist....
