Can multifocal lense fit all patients in cataract surgery? Is phaco surgery best for cataract or any other better technique is also available in India

Multifocal lenses should be used by highly self motivated patients  who know all pros and cones about multifocals.as focussing and glare problem May be encountered and might be highly annoying.
