Cat scratch do i need booster dose

I m previously vaccinated with 4 dose intradermal rabies vaccination 3 month's Ago and i took tetanus and 3 intradermal rabies Day 0 7 28 Last dose was taken on 24th April 2022 but today 7th May my neighbour's Cat scratch me with nails no wound just skin redness and drop like blood comes out so should i have to take booster dose of rabies Vaccine ?
